ERNEST H. LEWIS and CORRINE A. LEWIS, as tenants in common, grantees,
whose legal address is 14504 Weld County Road 3, Longmont, CO 80504.
WITNESSETH, That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of
ACTUAL CONSIDERATION LESS THAN FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS(Gift Deed-Exempt pursuant
to C.R.S.39-13-104) DOLLARS,the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,have
remised,released, sold,conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents do remise,release, sell,
convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the grantees, their heirs, successors and assigns,forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the grantors have in and to the real property, together with
improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of Weld and the State of Colorado,
described as follows:
The South one - half (1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 114) of Section Twenty (20), in
Township Three (3)North, of Range Sixty - eight(68) West of the 6th P.M., together with 25
units of water as allocated by the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District,and two and
one • half(2 1/2) shares of the capital stock of the Highland Ditch Company;
EXCEPT a tract of land 2 acres more or less situated in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
20 described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 20 from which the
Southwest corner of said NW 1/4 bears 00°55' W. 468.0 feet, thence N. 00°55' E. 209.0 feet
along the West line of Section 20, thence S. 89°57' E. 418.0 feet parallel to the South line of
the NW 1/4 of said Section 20, thence S. 00°55' W. 209.0 feet parallel to the West line of
Section 20, thence N. 89°57' W. 418.0 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 77.9 acres, more or less.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and
privileges thereunto or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title interest and
claim whatsoever, of the grantors, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof
of the grantees, their heirs and assigns forever.

THIS DEED is made by CORRINE A. LEWIS
as Personal Representative of the Estate of ERNEST H. LEWIS deceased, Grantor,to
CORRINE A. LEWIS, Grantee,
whose legal address is 14504 Weld County Road 3,Longmont, Colorado 80504,
of the County of Weld, State of Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent was made and executed in the
lifetime of the decedent,and is dated February 25, 1999,which Will was duly admitted to informal probate on June
5, 2001,by the District Court in and for the County of Weld, State of Colorado,Probate No. 01PR186;
WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative of said Estate by the District Court in
and for the County of Weld and State of Colorado on June 5, 2001, and is now qualified and acting in said
capacity.
