RE: DECLARE GRADER SHED IN THE TOWN OF PLATTEVILLE AS SURPLUS
PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado finds that the grader shed located in the Town of Platte-
ville, Colorado is no longer needed for governmental purposes,
and
WHEREAS, the property on which said grader shed is located
is more particularly described as follows :
Lot Ten (10) , in Block Seven (7) , in the Town
of Platteville, according to the recorded map
or plat thereof.
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to declare said grader
shed as surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the grader shed located
on the above described property in the Town of Platteville, Colo-
rado be, and hereby is, declared to be surplus property.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
November,
