Planning Staff has reviewed the resubdivision for the redesign, addition and vacation of lots 17-30, Block P from Evans Addition. The Town of Frederick find no conflicts with the resubdivision; however, we object to any provisions for access onto Aspen Drive. Pursuant to a 1998 Agreement between the Town of Frederick and various land owners in Evanston; the Town prohibits access of the Evanston properties to Aspen Drive until they annex into the Town of Frederick. I have attached this agreement for your reference. As always, feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding this referral response.
