Since our meeting in November when I presented you with 20 copies of the required
paperwork along with a check to change status of a double wide home on our property, I
called one of the owners on the list. He had just received, in November an update of the
mineral owners of my area. I did some more research on my own using this list and the
following report has been confirmed correct up until November 30, 2002. This information
supercedes the Front Range Title report for final mineral rights owner list.

To Whom It May Concern:
My Wife, Marian and I are trying to change the status of a double wide home
from temporary to permanent. This double wide home has been on our property for more
than twenty years to house Marian's parents, the last of which passed away this past
summer. Our eldest Son has cared for this home and now wishes to stay in it where it is.
With the cost of land being so high, the cost of moving the home and providing new
sewage, water, gas and other systems seems impractical to implement when it is already
complete with its own separate sewage, water, gas and etc. systems where it is.
After weeks of searching, bundles of paperwork and high fees, we are now
required to notify all known persons who maintain mineral rights on this property. The
Weld County Planning Dept. letter is on the reverse side of this letter.
This letter is to notify you of a hearing to be held on January 7, 2002 at the Weld
County Planning facility, 1555 N. 17th Avenue, Greeley, Colo. at 1:30 P.M. in room 210.
You are invited to attend this meeting if you are interested. However, this changing of
status for the double wide home will in no way change the property from its present use.
