RESOLUTION
RE : AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO TO CONVEY REAL PROPERTY.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Weld County has acquired, and is the owner of the
following described real property, duly recorded in the records
of the County Clerk and Recorder of the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, as follows, to-wit:

in the LaSalle Leader, Greeley Tribune and Longmont Times-Call
on May 6 , 1982 and May 13, 1982 . Said property has been duly
offered to sale at a public meeting of the Board of County

WHEREAS, said property was placed for bid, and on July 28 ,

WHEREAS, Longmont Dairy Farms Inc. of Longmont, Co. , ze
submitted a bid of two thousand six hundred fifty-six and 85/100 ;'M
($2, 656 . 85) as the purchase price for said property and being
the high bid submitted, said property was sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that John T. Martin, ~y'

Colorado be, and hereby is, constituted and appointed and ordered
to convey, without covenants of warranty, to Longmont Dairy
Farms Inc. , the aforementioned property, as above described.

T. Martin is authorized to affix the seal of Weld County and
said conveyance shall have the effect to transfer to Longmont - la,
