RESOLUTION
9_99- RE: APPROVE VACATION OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #74 - HIGHLAND DAIRY, LLC,
C/O AGPRO ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated January 27, 1971, the Board did approve Special
Review Permit#74 for a Commercial Dairy Operation for John H. Andrijeski, said property
presently owned by Highland Dairy, LLC, do AgPro Enviornmental Servcies, on the following
described real estate, to-wit:
SE1/4NW1/4SW1/4 and W1/2SW1/4NE1/4SW1/4
of Section 17, Township 8 North, Range 65 West of
the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Highland Dairy, LLC, c/o AgPro
Enviornmental Servcies, 4311 Highway 66, Suite 4, Longmont, Colorado 80504, to vacate said
Special Review Permit#74, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and
statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of
the Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this
matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Special Review Permit#74 be, and hereby is, vacated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 11th day of August, A.D., 2003.

SUBJECT: Vacation of Special Use Permit 74 (SUP 74)
Request: AgPro Environmental Services on behalf of Highland Dairy LLC is proposing
to vacate Special Use Permit 74 (SUP 74). This is a condition 1.F of the
resolution of approval for USR-1395 which granted permission to Highland
Dairy to operate a 10,000 head dairy with six mobile homes as an accessory
to the farm. USR-1395 was approved by the Board of County
Commissioners on November 13, 2002.
SUP 74 Background: SUP 74 was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on January
27, 1971. The operation was located in the SE4NW4SW4 and the
W2SW4NE4SW4 of Section 17 T8N R65W. The operation was approved
for up to 500 head of cattle under SUP 74. The boundaries for SUP 74 are
located in the same area as proposed USR-1395.
The Department of Planning Services is in support of this request.
