RE: REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE WELD COUNTY HEALTH BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, four vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Health Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to reap-
point the following people to said Health Board:
APPOINTEE TERM EXPIRES
Mary Tuck (ABA 3) May 23 , 1985
Dale Benson (ABA 1) May 23 , 1986
Lois Smee (ABA 6) May 23 , 1986
T. Ed. Baldwin (At Large) May 23 , 1986
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Mary Tuck, Dale Benson,
Lois Smee and T. Ed. Baldwin be, and hereby are, reappointed to
the Weld County Health Board with their terms to expire as here-
inabove mentioned.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
July, A.D. , 1983.

The following people have consented to be reappointed to the Health Board.
Mary Tuck ABA 3 This term will be extended to May of 1985
(Mary was appointed 1/6/82 to fill unexpired
term of Dick Gazlay and to keep the terms
equal so that only three people need to
be replaced each year the Board decided
to extend this term to 1985).
Dale Benson ABA 1 This term will expire May 23, 1986
Lois Smee ABA 6 This term will expire May 23, 1986
T. Ed. Baldwin ABA
At Large This term will expire May 23, 1986

Attached is' a copy of the Resolution reappointing Mary Tuck,
Dale Benson, Lois Smee, and T. Ed. Baldwin to the Weld County
Health Board for your file.

appointees with an oath of office for each. Please have each
appointee sign the oath in the presence of a notary public
and return the white copy to the Clerk to the Board' s Office.
