Dear Rod:
With respect to our telephone conversation on May 25 , 1984 ,
I have attached a copy of the Landfill Agreement between
Colorado Landfill, Inc. and Pratt. The Pratt property is
located adjacent to the east end of the Colorado Landfill property
(see attached sheet) . The two properties are being operated
as one landfill and are being filled simultaneously.
The subject facility is designed to be located 2' west of
the Pratt property line. The facility is a temporary structure
and will be removed from the property when the landfill operation
is completed and the Agreement between Colorado Landfill, Inc.
and Pratt is terminated.
We also believe that this improvement is not a major
deviation from the Special Use Permit approved by the Planning
Commission and by the County Commissioners, since the original
office site is simply being relocated and improved. This
improvement will make use of the landfill area more efficient.
