RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW#1423 FOR A DOG KENNEL (NOT TO EXCEED 60
GREYHOUND DOGS) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - HEATHER
WEIR
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Site Specific Development Plan and
Use by Special Review Permit#1423 for a Dog Kennel (not to exceed 60 Greyhound Dogs) for
Heather Weir, 1050 West 8th Street, Loveland, Colorado 80537, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 23rd day of July, 2003, at which
time the applicant requested a continuance of one week to allow for more than three
Commissioners to be present.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to July 30,
2003, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 23rd day of July, A.D., 2000.
