RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 622 - SEKICH EQUIPMENT COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 23rd day of June, 1982, considered the request
of Sekich Equipment Company for a second mobile home to be used
as an accessory mobile home on the parcel of land, which is to
be occupied in a C-Commercial Zone District, more particularly
described as follows :
Part of the NW4, Section 26, T3N, R68W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the following condition: prior to the issuance of a
building permit, evidence of a septic permit shall be submitted
to the Department of Planning Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Sekich
Equipment Company for a second mobile home to be used as an
accessory mobile home on the above described parcel of land,
which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning
Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is , granted, subject to the
condition above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
June, A.D. , 1982.

BUILDING PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL MOBILE HOMES IN ADDITION TO THE ZONING PERMIT FOR
MOBILE HOMES. THE BUILDING PERMIT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION,
ROOM 342, CENTENNIAL CENTER, 915 10th STREET, GREELEY, COLORADO, AFTER APPROVAL OF THE
ZONING PERMIT.

A sketch plan is required as part of the application review. Please attach a sketch plan
of the site at the scale of one inch represents fifty feet or other suitable scale to show
the proposed location of the mobile home, including distances from the property lines and
other structures on the property; access to the mobile home, indicating whether the access
is existing or porposed; location and measurements of any easements or right-of-ways;
amount of road frontages; identification of any county, state of federal roads or highways;
and any existing structures on the property.

I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the conditions of this Zoning
Permit which are as follows:

use in any "B" Business District, "C„ Commercial District or "I

upon approval by the Board of County Commissioners.

1. The mobile home is necessary for the effective and economic operation
of the business, commercial or industrial activity.

RE: Mobile Home, security purposes
Sekich Equipment Co. is requesting a permit for a second mobile
home to be located on the equipment company property for secu-
rity purposes .
We have had a moblie home on the west side of the building for
several years . In the last couple of years , we have had
several occurances of unlawful entry to our building on the
east side, as well as instances of prowlers . A check with the
Weld County Sherriffs office will validate these statements .
We need this trailer , and since it has been placed on our
property, the incidences of forced entry and prowling have been
greatly reduced, if not eliminated . As this saves us money,
and the taxpayers money in reduced sherriffs services , we feel
our application for a permit should be honored.
We have the permission of the Weld County Commissioners for the
placement of these trailers in a past Commissioners meeting. A
check of the recorded minutes will prove this out.
