The Weld County Public Works Department has reviewed this proposal; this project falls primarily under the
Change of Zone Standards, Weld County Code. Our comments and requirements are as follows:
COMMENTS:
The Colorado Department of Transportation, (CDOT) has jurisdiction over all access to the state highways.
Please contact Gloria Hess-Idler or Tess Jones at the Greeley office to verify the access permit or for any
additional requirements that may be necessary to obtain or upgrade the permit. The access is from State
Highway 66.
