RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO NORTHEAST COLORADO
REGIONAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL AND TRAUMA SERVICES COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency
Medical and Trauma Services Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Rod DeRoo be appointed to said board as the
alternate to county representative Dave Bressler,to replace Gary McCabe, and that Tracey Jones
be appointed to said board as the county representative, to replace Donovan Ehrman, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Donna Nyduck be reappointed to said board
as the alternate to county representative Tracey Jones, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Rod DeRoo and reappoint Donna
Nyduck to said board as alternates to county representatives, and to appoint Tracey Jones to said
board with a term to expire June 30, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Rod DeRoo be, and hereby is, appointed; and that Donna Nyduck be, and
hereby is, reappointed to the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency Medical and Trauma
Services Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Tracy Jones be, and hereby is, appointed to the Northeast Colorado Regional
Emergency Medical and Trauma Services Council, with a term to expire June 30, 2006.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 16th day of June, A.D., 2003.
