RE: APPROVE RECOMMENDATION OF REAPPOINTMENT OF DIXIE HANSEN TO
CITY OF GREELEY HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, by previous
action has contracted with the City of Greeley to provide housing services for the benefit of Weld
County citizens, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the City of Greeley Housing Authority, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to recommend to the Mayor of Greeley that
Dixie Hansen be reappointed to said Housing Authority as a commissioner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Dixie Hansen be, and hereby is, recommended for reappointment
to the City of Greeley Housing Authority.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of October, A.D., 2003.
