To Whom It May Concern:
We moved into the house located at 38280 Weld County Road 19,Fort Collins, CO
80524(SW22, Township 7N,Range 67W) some eight years ago. At that time we were
not aware of any Special Use Permit. My understanding is a Mr. Long took out this
permit in 1970. Currently we are not using this land for a feed lot,nor do we ever plan to
use this land as a feed lot.None of the neighbors or any of the surrounding land is being
used as a feed lot.
We therefore would like to vacate this permit. Please let me know if there is anything else
I need to do to close this permit.
