RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DR. JOHN DAVID WARD II TO BOARD OF
TRUSTEES FOR NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Trustees for the North Colorado
Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. John David Ward II be appointed to said
board to replace Dr. Richert Quinn, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Dr. John David Ward II to said
board, with a term to expire January 10, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Dr. John David Ward II be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board
of Trustees for the North Colorado Medical Center, with a term to expire January 10, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 10th day of March, A.D., 2003.
