RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF LEROY SCUFFHAM FOR A MOBILE
HOME AS A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE
DISTRICT ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED ON LOT 4 , BLOCK 60,
ARISTOCRAT RANCHETTES, SECOND FILING, SECTION 27,
TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, LeRoy Scuffham has applied to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place
a mobile home on the following described real estate, as a
principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricul-
tural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 30th day of September, 1981, considered the
request of LeRoy Scuffham for a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as
follows :
Lot 4, Block 60 , Aristocrat Ranchettes,
Second Filing, Section 27, Township 2 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
LeRoy Scuff hanfor permission to place a mobile home as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land be,
and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th
day of September, A.D. , 1981.
