Home My WebLink About20041730.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION VI#0200148 AGAINST RINCE WAND, LLC 0/0 JERRY HILBURN FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,Rince Wand, LLC do Jerry Hilburn,VI#0200148, is allegedly in violation of the Weld County Code, and WHEREAS,despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter,the violation has not been corrected, and WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of June, 2004, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS, Rince Wand, LLC c/o Jerry Hilburn was not present or represented at said hearing, although all parties were notified of said hearing by Department of Planning Services staff, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to continue said matter until August 10, 2004, pending annexation to the Town of Windsor, or submittal of a Site Plan Review application. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that VI #0200148 be, and hereby is, continued to August 10, 2004. 2004-1730 PL0824 ; /3C6.)
