RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING - BEVERLY DANIEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Area Agency on Aging, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Beverly Daniel be appointed to said board, to
replace Harold Chadwick, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Beverly Daniel to said board, with a
term to expire January 31, 2005.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Beverly Daniel be, and hereby is, appointed to the Area Agency on Aging,
with a term to expire January 31, 2005.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 9th day of August, A.D., 2004.
