Chapter 29,Article III Section 29-3-230 "Expiration of plan review." Chapter 29,Article VIII Section 29-8-40 "Expiration of permit." Section #1, subsection e of Site Plan Review 341 states that all requirements of the Building Department shall be met. Building permit number BC-0100508 for interior remodel of the existing commercial building at 13015 County Road 16 was issued on January 17, 2002, has not been completed. Additionally, the application for building permit number BCS-040200 for a directional sign was submitted on May 4, 2004. This permit has never been issued and the plan review expired on October 31,2004. Failure to finalize both of these building permits will result in a violation of the SPR and your liquor license (LC0044). It is the intention of this office to assist and cooperate with you without imposing undue hardships; however, we have no discretion in this matter if you fail to correct this violation. You have 30 (thirty) days from November 10, 2004, to correct this building violation.
