RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR HOTEL AND RESTAURANT LICENSE FROM RAMON ZAVALA, DBA EL VAQUERO AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - EXPIRES AUGUST 3, 2005 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Ramon Zavala, dba El Vaquero, presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,an application for the renewal of a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License, for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors, and WHEREAS, pursuant to Exhibit 5-H of the Weld County Code, said applicant has paid the sum of$125.00 to the County of Weld for the renewal of the existing license, and WHEREAS,said applicant has exhibited a State Liquor License for the sale of malt,vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only,outside the corporate limits of any town or city in the County of Weld at the location described as follows: 4322 Highway 66 Longmont, Colorado 80501 WHEREAS,at a hearing before the Board on August2,2004,the Board deemed it advisable to continue this matter to August 9, 2004, at 9:00 a.m., to allow time for the Weld County Sheriffs Office to inform the Board of any security concerns, and WHEREAS, at said hearing on August 9, 2004, Bill Wagner,Weld County Sheriffs Office, indicated there are no concerns regarding said renewal.
