RE: APPROVE ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL REAL ESTATE AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - RENNOC CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,on August 11,2004,the Board of County Commissioners approved a Contract
to Buy and Sell Real Estate between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Rennoc Corporation, and
WHEREAS,the Board has been presented with an Addendum to said Contract,with terms
and conditions being as stated in said addendum, for property described as:
A square five acres located in the northeast corner of
Section 4, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the
6th P.M. bordered by Weld County Road 31 and 9th
Street, City of Fort Lupton, CO 80621, and
WHEREAS,after review,the Board deems it advisable to approve said addendum, a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Addendum to the Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate between the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, and Rennoc Corporation, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign said addendum.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 27th day of October, A.D., 2004.

ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL REAL ESTATE

THIS ADDENDUM is made and entered into this.d7 day of October,2004,by and between
the COUNTY OF WELD,a political subdivision of the STATE OF COLORADO,by and through
the Board of County Commissioners of the Weld County,whose address is P.O.Box 758, 915 10th
Street,Greeley,Colorado 80632,hereinafter referred to as County,and RENNOC CORPORATION,
whose address is 2 Osprey Circle,Thornton,Colorado 80241,hereinafter referred to as"Rennoc."
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, County and Rennoc entered into a Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate,dated
July 28,2004,a copy of which is attached hereto,wherein Rennoc agrees to sell to County property
described as: "A square five acres located in the northeast corner of Section 4,Township 1 North,
Range 66 West of the 6`h P.M., bordered by Weld County Road 31 and 9t° Street, City of Fort
Lupton, CO 80621,"hereinafter referred to as"the Property,"and
WHEREAS, County has been informed that the Property may have not been legally split
from its master parcel through the applicable subdivision process of the City of Fort Lupton, and
WHEREAS, County and Rennoc agree that the sale and purchase of the Property may
proceed,but that Rennoc will cooperate in any and all manners necessary to ensure that the Property
is recognized by the City of Fort Lupton as a legal lot in accordance with the City's regulations.
NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein and in the
parties' Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate, the parties agree that the sale and purchase of the
Propertymayproceed,but that Rennoc will cooperate in all manners necessary to ensure the Property
is recognized by the City of Fort Lupton as legally split in accordance with the City's regulations.
