Ms. Lockman:
This is in reference to the Antelope Estates Subdivison. This subdivision will be
located off of Weld County Road 17. First, in regards to a fire supression water
tank on site, the Nunn Fire Department has no requirements for a tank on site. The
reliability can not be controlled. This supply would not be used by the fire
department if it was located there. We have our own mobile water supply.
The second item to attend to is addressing. The fire district does require this and
every subdivision within the district boundaries to have the primary driveway
addressed with the four or five digit Weld County numbering system. An address
with a private name or street will not be approved by the fire chief.
