Galeton Water and Sanitation 2District 07, Notic eintendsebto is hery gundertake the
following activity:
To construct, operate, and maintain a wastewater
collection and treatment system; to borrow money, issue
bonds, apply for government grants for construction of
the system; to provide for rates, fees and charges for
use of the system; to provide for availability of service
charges, tap fees, and core charge/system expansion fees;
to levy and collect ad valorem taxes on and against all
taxable property within the District, all in accordance
with a service plan filed with the Clerk to the Weld
County Board of County Commissions , 915 10th Street,
Greeley, Colorado.
Any action to enjoin the above described activity as a
material departure from the District ' s Service Plan must be brought
within forty-five ( 45) days of publication of this notice.
