RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT OF CAROLYN ECKAS TO THE WELD COUNTY GRIEVANCE
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Grievance
Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Carolyn Eckas be
appointed to fill the term vacated by Alvina Derrera, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to
appoint Carolyn Eckas to the Grievance Committee for the
term to expire on March 1, 1984.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that Carolyn Eckas be, and hereby is, appointed
to the Grievance Committee for the term to expire on March 1,
1984.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th
day of August, A.D. , 1982.
