o WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
u Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
a Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
o w affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

ow WHEREAS , the vacation of an alley between 5th and 6th Avenues ,

Block 18 , Gill, Colorado, was g by Resolution of the Board
p on July 2 , 1984 , and

N w WHEREAS , due to a clerical error the following paragraph

. was omitted from said Resolution:
.
a "This vacation is granted subject to rights-
-v w of-way or easements reserved for the continued
use of existing sewer , gas, water, or similar
pipelines and appurtenances, for ditches or
canals and appurtenances , and for electric,
F telephone , and similar lines and appurtenances. "

N WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to make the above
w paragraph a part of the Resolution of July 2 , 1984 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
m 4missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the paragraph as u here-
inabove stated be, and hereby is , made a part of the Resolution
w of July 2 , 1984 , concerning the vacation of an alley between 5th
and 6th Avenues , Block 18 , Gill, Colorado.
