RE: APPOINTMENT OF WILLIAM H. McMURRAY TO THE WELD COUNTY PLAN-
NING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Plan-
ning Commission due to the resignation of Wilbur Wafel, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advis-
able to appoint William H. McMurray to said Planning Commission
for a three year term commencing August 1 , 1983 , and ending July
31 , 1986 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that William H. McMurray be,
and hereby is , appointed to the Weld County Planning Commission
for a three year term to expire July 31 , 1986 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
July, A.D. , 1983 .
