HomeMy WebLinkAbout20040638.tiff 116 RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE VACATION OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1289 - DYECREST DAIRY, LLC, C/O TERENCE DYE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of , administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, by Resolution #2000-2756 dated December 12, 2000, the Board did approve Special Review Permit#1289 for a Livestock Confinement Operation (4,000-Head Dairy) and Four Additional Accessory to the Farm Dwelling Units in the A (Agricultural) Zone District for Dyecrest Dairy, LLC, do Terence Dye on the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot B of Recorded Exemption #2331; located in part of the W1/2 of Section 5, Township 7 North, Range 67 West, and part of the W1/2 SE1/4 of Section 5, Township 7 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Dyecrest Dairy, LLC, do Terence Dye, 1137 North County Line Road, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524, to vacate said Special Review Permit#1289, as a Condition of Approval for Recorded Exemptions #3684 and #3685, and Subdivision Exemption #1005, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
