RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING DANCE HALL LICENSE-SIPRES LOUNGE,INC.,
DBA SIPRES LOUNGE
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an application for a License to Conduct
Public Dance or Dances for Sipres Lounge, Inc., dba Sipres Lounge, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 15th day of December, 2004, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter three weeks to allow Sipres
Lounge, Inc., dba Sipres Lounge, adequate time to attend the meeting and update the Board of
County Commissioners regarding the water well.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be,and hereby is,continued to January 3,2005,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 15th day of December, A.D., 2004.
