We would also request that you set this matter for hearing as soon as we are able (I just need some prior notice to give notice to mineral interest owners). I believe to be the current issues as follows: 1. We will contact the building inspection department to come out and inspect the apartment, which I can verify is occupied by Jed Rappel. With respect to the water source and septic system for this apartment, I will get information you on that shortly. 2. With respect to the trailer on the premises, it is not occupied. From time to time, a guest may stay there overnight, but it is not a living unit. 3. We will provide a letter to you from the fire department prior to any hearing. Thank you again for your assistance with this matter, and I look forward to working with you in the coming weeks and months. Yours very truly, WITWER, OLDENBURG, BARRY& BEDINGFIELD, LLP Timothy V.
