The physical location of the existing residence does limit the placement of the proposed addition to the office to the west side of the existing structure. Meyer for a variance or appeal described as : a request to amend a time limitation condition as approved with BOA-833:81:10 in the Agricultural Zone District as set forth in Section 60 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. on the following described property : Part of the SE4, Section 26, T5N, R66W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado be granted (=MEW for the following reasons : 1. It is the opinion of the Weld County Board of Adjustment that this special exception will not produce a substantial detriment to the public good and will not impair the intent and purpose of the zoning ordinance because of special conditions and circumstances which are peculiar to this request for a special exception. 2. The use as proposed would be a temporary activity to expire by January 1, 1988. Therefore, no long-term industrial use would be established to establish precedent over existing agricultural uses or potential future residential uses. 3. The use would not be of significant size to generate traffic of industrial proportion or require outside activity. These factors would assist in maintaining the established agricultural use as the primary use and would not create any incompatibility to the neighborhood.
