RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT NOXIOUS WEED MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD -
SCOTT PRUETT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Scott Pruett be appointed to said board, to
replace Reid Graves, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Scott Pruett to said board,with a term
to expire August 19, 2007.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Scott Pruett be,and hereby is,appointed to the Noxious Weed Management
Advisory Board, with a term to expire August 19, 2007.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 29th day of September, A.D., 2004.
