Home My WebLink About20042037.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES WITHIN ARISTOCRAT RANCHETTES SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request from the Department of Public Works for the installation of traffic control devices to be placed within Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision, and WHEREAS,a hearing before the Board was held on the 19th day of July,2004, at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one month to allow adequate time to allow a period for public input. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be,and hereby is,continued to August 18,2004, at 9:00 a.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of July, A.D., 2004.
