NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The state board will conduct a hearing on Monday, January 26, 2004, at 1:30 p.m. in the
Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado.
REQUESTS ON EXEMPT PROPERTIES
The state board will discuss issues related to the review of exempt properties and the request
by the Division of the consent of the state board to extend the filing deadline of the property
listed below:
Community Responsibility Center, Inc.
WELL SITE EXPENSES
The State Board will hear the issue of well site expenses that the Statutory Advisory
Committee recommended for approval on December 18, 2003.
