RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Thomas Joaquin be appointed to said board as
the law enforcement representative, to replace Chris Vogt, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Kristin Erwin be appointed to said board as the
school district representative, to replace Tracy Powell, being reassigned from alternate to regular
member status, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Angela Rizzuto be appointed to said board as
the school district representative, to replace Kristin Erwin, alternate member status, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Thomas Joaquin to said board,with a
term to expire November 1, 2006, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Kristin Erwin and Angela Rizzuto to
said board, with terms to expire November 1, 2004.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Thomas Joaquin be, and hereby is, appointed to the Juvenile Community
Review Board, with a term to expire November 1, 2006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Kristin Erwin and Angela Rizzuto be
appointed to said board, with terms to expire November 1, 2004.

The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 11th day of August, A.D., 2004.
