HomeMy WebLinkAbout20041089.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE PETITION FOR ABATEMENT OR REFUND OF TAXES - ROLAND MURREN AND MARLENA MURREN LIVING TRUST WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, State of Colorado, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 7th day of April, 2004,at which meeting there were present the following members: Chair Robert D. Masden, and Commissioners M. J. Geile, William H. Jerke, David E.
