Criteria for Approval
• The Stamp Minor Subdivision meets the criteria of (24-3-60.I. 1)
indicating compliance with the Subdivision Chapter, Zone
District, and any affected IGAs
• This proposal doesn't remove prime farmground (24-3-60.I.2)
• Public Water and Sewage Disposal are adequate and have been
planned to meet jurisdictional requirements (24-3-60.I.3 & 4)
• Mountain View Fire Protection District approves of the proposal
(24-3-60.I.5)
• The internal streets are designed to meet the functional
classification, width and structural capacity to meet the traffic
requirements of the subdivision (24-3-60.1.6, 10, 11, 12, 13)
• This proposal is for 9 lots (24-3-60-I. 14)
• The Stamp Minor Subdivision does not have an adverse impact
on local governments, districts or Wildlife (24-3-60.I. 15 & 16)
