Subject: Legal Action Authorization
The Department of Building Inspection has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the May 11,
2004, hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Building Inspection is requesting that the Board
review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations.
Weld County Building Violation Cases:

The property owner shall complete all inspections on permit number PR-0030343 and receive a Certificate of
Occupancy, providing the zoning permit is re-justified, or remove the home. A Recorded Exemption
application may be submitted to create a separate parcel.

The Department of Planning Services staff has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the

Weld County Zoning Violation Cases:
VI-0400056, Mr. & Mrs. Manuel Sanchez and Mr. Navarro
Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30 and 23-3-40 of the Weld County Code.
USR-1427 was denied by the Board of County Commissioners; however, the business and equipment are still
located on the site.

review. Several building permits (BC-0101083, BCS-030406 and BCS-030424) shall be finaled.
