Weld County Building Violation Cases: VI-0200022, Herbert Wagner Chapter 23, Article III, Div 1, Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-20.A, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.F, 23-3-40.M Chapter 23, Article IV, Div 3, Sections 23-4-130 &23-4-170 Chapter 29, Article VII, Section 29-7-10 Chapter 29, Article VIII, Section 29-8-40 of the Weld County Code. The property owner shall complete all inspections on permit number PR-0030343 and receive a Certificate of Occupancy, providing the zoning permit is re-justified, or remove the home. A Recorded Exemption application may be submitted to create a separate parcel. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases: VI-0400056, Mr. & Mrs. Manuel Sanchez and Mr. Navarro Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30 and 23-3-40 of the Weld County Code. USR-1427 was denied by the Board of County Commissioners; however, the business and equipment are still located on the site. VI-0300308, Mr. & Mrs. Leopoldo Jaquez Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 2 of Sections 23-3-150, 23-3-150.B, 23-3-150.C and 23-3-150.D of the Weld County Code. The"Noncommercial Junkyard"shall be removed from the property. VI-0300338, Mr. & Mrs. Jorge Almanza Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 2 of Sections 23-3-150, 23-3-150.B, 23-3-150.C and 23-3-150.D of the Weld County Code. The"Noncommercial Junkyard"shall be removed from the property. VI-0300352, Mr. Stephen Beach and Ms. Tara Sanders Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30 and 23-3-30.F and Article IV(4), Division 3 of Section 23-4-130 of the Weld County Code. The Recreational Vehicle shall be abated as a dwelling unit. The"Noncommercial Junkyard" shall be restored, removed or completely screened from all adjacent properties and public rights-of-ways. Weld County Combined Zoning and Building Violation Cases: VI-0000014, Mr. & Mrs. John Green Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.1, 23-3-40, 23-3-40.O and 23-3-40.R and Chapter 29, Article 111(3) of Sections 29-3-10, 29-3-30, 29-3-110, 29-3-230 and 29-3-280 of the Weld County Code. The"Noncommercial Junkyard" shall be restored, removed or completely screened from all adjacent properties and public rights-of-ways. The commercial vehicles and storage shall be removed or a Use by Special Review application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services for review. Several building permits (BC-0101083, BCS-030406 and BCS-030424) shall be finaled.
