Petroleum Development Corporation("PDC")is in receipt of the proposed location of the
above-mentioned subdivision that was forwarded to PDC from the State of Colorado
Land Board. Please be advised that PDC currently has plans to drill one (1) well in that
area, the State Corsair 23-36, to be located in the NESW of the above-mentioned
property. PDC is aware that you have been in contact with our contract Landman, Mr.
Steve Tracy, to discuss the location of your proposed development. Mr. Tracy has
advised PDC that you have provided plans to accommodate the location of our planned
well. Therefore, PDC does not object to the development of the proposed subdivision.
However, PDC does reserve the right to ingress and egress at all times for all of PDC's
wells and production facilities that arc currently in question in this area.
