RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF THE SALE OF A PORTION OF THE KOENIG GRAVEL PIT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on March 25, 1981, bids were presented concerning
the sale of a portion of the Koenig gravel pit, being more parti-
cularly described as follows:
All that part of Lot 5 of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Sec-
tion 18 , Township 2 North, Range 66 West
of the 6th P.M. , according to Division
No. 1 map made by the Lupton Meadows Land
Company, lying West of the South Platte
River. Mineral rights included. Subject
to easements of record and oil and gas
lease.
WHEREAS, Ross and Pamela Bachofer submitted the high bid of
$38, 110 . 00 and the Board desires to accept said bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the high bid submitted
by Ross and Pamela Bachofer concerning the sale of a portion of
the Koenig gravel pit be, and hereby is , accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that the Chairman of the Board be, and hereby is , authorized to
sign the Warranty Deed concerning said property.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
March, A.D. , 1981 .

At the time of filming we did not film the
warranty deed because Mr. & Mrs. Ross Bachofer
have not yet paid for the property. The
Bachofer's have been meeting with the County
Commissioners in an attempt to neogiate their high
bid price.
