• SUBJECT: USR-1394, Northern Colorado Constructors, Inc.
Through the Resolution for USR-1394 and prior to recording the plat No. 1N, the applicant shall enter into a
Long-Term Road Maintenance and Improvements Agreement with the Weld County Public Works Department
for the upgrade and paving or maintenance of Weld County roads associated with the designated haul route.
Chris, would you check to see if the plat has been recorded and if you have a signed copy of the
Improvements Agreement in your file.
We are aware of current hauling projects from NCCI's pit:
1) to a water pipe line project located at WCR 38 and WCR 13
2) to WCR 39 and WCR 18 road base hauling, Red Baron Estates PUD
If the plat has not been recorded and the applicant is operating without completing the development standards
and conditions, should notice be given from your department?
I will contact the Zadel family via letter and resend the Long-Term Road Maintenance and Improvements
Agreement for signatures.
