Dear Loren,
I am writing in response to your inquiry as to mineral owner notification with r ect to
the above application, and will forward this letter to Chris Gathman at Weld County.
The original title insurance commitment noted an Oil & Gas Lease to Vessels Oil
Gas dated June 8, 1979, recorded July 16, 1979 at book 875 at reception# 1796893 (exc don
no. 10). This lease was granted by the then-owners of the parcel, Lenzie A. and Marie B d.
The lease was for a term of one year, and expired June 8, 1980. There are no assignme is of
record, and there are no Affidavits of record indicating that the lease is held by productio . I
have contacted Vessels Oil & Gas and they do not operate a well on the property or on an
pooled property.
There is no indication in the title work of any severed mineral interests from this
property. Please let me know if you have any questions.
