RE: CDBG Contract#02-003 --Weld County Island Grove Mental Health Facility
Dear Commissioner Masden:
We have reviewed the Project Completion Report (PCR) for Weld County's Island Grove
Mental Health Facility Project. The report has been found to be complete and has been
accepted. We have conditionally closed out this project as of August 31, 2003, the date your
contract expired.
Since there was no program income on hand on the date your project was completed, the
project close-out is conditioned only on review and acceptance of the county's 2003 final
audit.
We have enjoyed working with you and your staff on this project and hope that we can
continue to assist you in addressing your community development needs.
