Weld County Building Violation Cases: VI-0300064, Betty Rosalez Chapter 29,Article VIII (8), Section 29-8-40 and Chapter 23,Article IV(4)Sections 23-4-130 and 23-4-140 of the Weld County Code. The property owner shall remove the mobile home from the property as the zoning and building permits have expired. The Department of Planning Services staff is requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases: VI-0300224, Mr. & Mrs. Arthur Davis Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30 and 23-3-30.F of the Weld County Code. The mobile home shall be removed or a Zoning Permit for a mobile home application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services. VI-0300318, Ms. Edythe Lyon and Ms.Vicki Haithcoat Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30 and 23-3-30.F of the Weld County Code. The mobile home shall be removed or a Zoning Permit for a mobile home application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services. Weld County Combined Zoning and Building Violation Cases: VI-0300260, Mr. Oscar Favela Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.F, 23-3-30.1, 23-3-40, 23-3-40.R and 23-3-40.V and Chapter 23, Article IV(4) of Section 23-4-160 and Chapter 29, Article VII(7) of Section 29-7-10 of the Weld County Code. Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-40 and 23-3-40.R and Chapter 29, Article 11(2) of Section 29-2-20 of the Weld County Code. A Use by Special Review application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services or the business and any associated business equipment shall be removed from the site. Additionally, an Excavation Permit application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Building Inspections. A Use by Special Review application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services or the business and all associated business storage shall be removed from the site. Additionally, building permits shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Building Inspections for each mobile home. Additionally, the commercial vehicles shall be removed from the property. Lastly, a building permit application shall be re-submitted or the additional mobile home shall be removed from the property.
