HomeMy WebLinkAbout20042239.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE #1032 FROM THE A (AGRICULTURAL)ZONE DISTRICT TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) ZONE DISTRICT FOR NINE (9) RESIDENTIAL LOTS WITH E (ESTATE)ZONE USES, TWO (2) LOTS WITH A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE USES, AND 13.63 ACRES OF COMMON OPEN SPACE- UIV LAND, LLC, C/O NOLAN ULMER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Change of Zone #1032 from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)Zone District for nine(9)residential lots with E(Estate)Zone uses,two (2) lots with A (Agricultural) Zone uses, and 13.63 acres of Common Open Space for UIV Land, LLC, do Nolan Ulmer, was scheduled for hearing before the Board of County Commissioners on July 28, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., and WHEREAS,at the date and time specified,a quorum of the Board of County Commissioners was not present, and WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reschedule this matter to August 11,2004, at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Change of Zone#1032 from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)Zone District for nine(9)residential lots with E(Estate)Zone uses,two (2) lots with A (Agricultural) Zone uses, and 13.63 acres of Common Open Space for UIV Land, LLC, do Nolan Ulmer, be, and hereby is, rescheduled to August 11, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of August, A.D., 2004.
