RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RENEWAL OF ZONING PERMIT, ZPMH #1165,
FOR A MOBILE HOME TO BE USED AS A TEMPORARY ACCESSORY TO THE FARM
- EUGENIA AND DAVID HARRIS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 14th day of
June, 2004, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of Eugenia and David Harris, 18636 Weld County Road 3, Berthoud, Colorado 80513,
for renewal of Zoning Permit, ZPMH #1165, for a Mobile Home to be used as a Temporary
Accessory to the Farm on the following described real estate, to-wit:
S1/2 N1/2 S1/2 NW1/4 of Section 32, Township 4
North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M.,Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS,at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to July 12,
2004, at the request of the applicant, Eugenia and David Harris.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to July 12, 2004,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 14th day of June, A.D., 2004.
