To whom it may concern:
I am writing this letter to express my approval for Garret and Karen Voshel's kennel
application with Weld County. I own property within 500 feet of the application site.
I have personally toured the facilities and found them to be very clean, well organized
and thought out. Their dogs were all friendly, in excellent condition and well trained.
I have spoken with both Karen and Garret on several occasions and think that they are
extremely knowledgeable when it pertains to dog training, dog kenneling, care, feeding
and training. I think that they set an excellent standard as well as an example of how
people involved in competitive dog sports should conduct themselves and care for their
animals.
Please feel free to con ct me if necessary.

To whom it may concern:
My name is Charles A. Langdon and I own land 500 feet from Garret and Karen Voshel.
I am in favor of Rowdy Mountain Kennels acquiring their kennel license.
I have visited their property and admire their attention to cleanliness and proper care of
their animals. Garret and Karen are well-established dog owners and trainers. Their
reputation precedes them.
As a neighbor, I have witnessed the care and dedication to both their property and
constant supervision of their animals. I have never had any problems with loose or stray
dogs from their property.
If you have questions please feel free to call me.

This letter is in support of Karen and Garrett Voshel petition to obtain a kennel permit for
their property in Nunn, CO. As their direct neighbor to the south we have no complaints
concerning how they have handled their dogs in the past and no worries about how they
will handle their dogs in the future.

To whom it may concern;
This letter is in regards to the zoning application for Karen and Gerrit Voshel. I am a neighbor a
few hundred yards to the south. As I understand it,they wish to acquire a kennel license. Having
known these folks for a few years I can testify that they keep a place that is better than most of our
neighbors. I would expu,t that they would continue that tradition with an improved kennel situation.
I have no reservations and no objection to their kennel application. I look forward to seeing their
continued improvement of the area.
Sincerely,
Brian K Gore

To Whom It May Concern:
I have known Karen and Gerrit Voshel on a professional and personal basis for
over 12 years. I have acted as the Veterinarian for all of the Voshel's pets for
the last 2 years. They consistently keep all of their animals in excellent health. I
have never seen any evidence of lack of attention or care for them as they are
exercised daily, trained and experiences individual attention daily. These dogs
are obviously more than just animals to the Voshel's, they are family members
who receive the best! With Garret being retired and Karen working as a school
teacher for only 9 months of the year, they are capable of devoting more than
the average time to all of the pets. The Voshel's have always been immediately
responsive to any medical conditions that require attention and have maintained
good health care protocols for each of the animals.
r
To the best of my knowledge all of their dogs have been show, obedience, field
trial, hunt test, therapy, or herding dogs, but above all they have been house
pets and companions. Every dog Karen and Gerrit have owned has gone to
"puppy kindergarten" and has been socialized so that they love being around
people.
In summation for how I feel the Voshel's would be if considering handling more
animals, I would not hesitate to recommend that they could easily care for and
love them!

To Whom It May Concern:
Be it known that Karen and Gerrit Voshel are my neighbors and are highly valued and
respected. They take very good care of their home and property as well as all of their
animals. I have absolutely no problem with them conducting their small business of
Rowdy Mountain Brittanys on their property. In addition, I have no problem with them
expanding the business with more animals, if they choose. Please feel free to contact me
at (970) 897-2782 if you need any further reference concerning this issue. Thank You.
Sincerely,
