Please be advised that Calpine/Rocky Mountain Energy Center does not have any concerns with Red Baron's housing development. Please call me if you have any questions. Hagenlock" <Idhagenlock@duke-energy.com> To: <slockman@co.weld.co.us> Date: 2/5/04 12:02PM Subject: Red Baron Estates Sheri, Please be advised Duke Energy Field Services is currently in the process of finalizing a Pipeline Relocation Agreement ("agreement")with Red Baron Development, LLC covering lands located in the SE1/4 of Sec. 31, Township 2 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, CO. The final agreement is being drafted and awaiting a final bid from our respective contractor. I see no problem in having an agreement in place by February 17, 2004, with the only contingency being Red Baron accepting said agreement as proposed.
