Due to the increased cost of doing business, effective February 1, 2004 Basic Cable rates will
increase from $36.67 to $38.50 per month, plus Franchise fees. Also effective February 1, 2004
we will be adding the following analog channels to the Keenesburg channel lineup.
> Channel 45 will be Mundos
> Channel 46 will be TV Land
