RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS
TO EMERGENCY MEDICAL/TRAUMA SERVICES COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Emergency Medical Services Council, and
WHEREAS,after review,the Board deems it advisable to continue said appointments and
reappointments to the Emergency Medical/Trauma Services Council to December29,2004,at 9:00
a.m. to allow the County Attorney to determine the accuracy of the list for appointments and
reappointments and respective terms to the Emergency Medical Services Council.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Appointments and Reappointments to the Emergency Medical/Trauma
Services Council, be, and hereby are, continued to December 29, 2004. at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 22nd day of December, A.D., 2004.
