HomeMy WebLinkAbout20041698.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1465 FOR A HOME BUSINESS (PARKING OF TRUCKS AND TRAILERS) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - DONALD WROBLEWSKI, CIO JOE AND TAMMY WROBLEWSKI WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 23rd day of June, 2004, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Donald Wroblewski,c/o Joe and Tammy Wroblewski, 3161 Vantage Drive, Hudson, Colorado 80642,for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1465 for a Home Business (parking of trucks and trailers) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot 17, Vantage Acres First Filing; being part of the SE1/4 of Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS,at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow additional time for adequate publication. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is,continued to July 14,2004, at 10:00 a.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of June, A.D., 2004.
